she.her. have searched far and wide for the very best products and brands to provide our customers with a one-stop luxury jewellery destination. We are a marketplace, so your products will be sent directly from our wonderful designer Partners.
The delivery time for each product will vary based on Designer, location, item and whether items are made-to-order or ready to ship.
For ready-to-ship items, Sellers aim to dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Please allow extra time for our special made-to-order or custom items and for items being shipped by our international Sellers.
All delivery times are displayed on the Product Page and at Check Out. You can also Contact Us to find out about the shipping and delivery times of a specific piece.
Some of our Sellers provide Express delivery services for an additional cost, whereas others may only ship via a Standard delivery service.
If an Express delivery service is available, this will be advertised on the Seller’s product page and can be applied at checkout.
Our products are shipped ship directly to you from our designer Partners.
If you purchase items from different designers, you may receive multiple packages for the one one order.
Shipping costs vary by Seller. You can find out the relevant shipping costs for a specific item on the Product page. Shipping costs are also calculated at check-out and may vary dependent on location.
Please note, customs duties and charges may apply if you are purchasing from our international Sellers. Customs duties will be incurred by you, so we recommend familiarising yourself with local custom rates and identifying threshold rates where taxes will be applied.
On the product page, you will be able to identify where the Seller is shipping from and work out if this applies to you.

Shipping is currently only available to customers based in Australia.
Yes, you are able to select an alternative address to your billing address at checkout.
So if you would like to send a gift directly to a loved one, simply change the shipping details at checkout.

Some products come beautifully gift wrapped as standard by our designer Partners, while others may not offer this service.
