In the case you wish to return an item, eligible items may be able to be returned or exchanged.
Please note that she.her. operates as an online marketplace and return policies may vary by designer. Please carefully read the returns policy of the item before purchase.

Which items are not eligible for return?
Please carefully check the Seller’s returns policy on the product page before purchase.
Items returned must be unworn and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return of personal items such as earrings.
Returns are subject to the policy of the designer Seller, however products typically not eligible for a return or exchange include:
- Products marked “sale”;
- Personalised items that are specially made-to-order or ordered, with specific gems, metals, or other customised aspect;
- Personal products, such as earrings and hair accessories;
- Art, sculpture, ceramics and other creations that are often specially commissioned for the Buyer;
- Gift Vouchers.
If you wish to return an order, please send an email to hello@sheher.com with your Order Number and the item you wish to return.
Customers bear shipping costs for all returns and exchanges and must use a track and sign delivery service.
Once your return has been received and accepted, she.her. will either arrange for an exchange or refund back to the original payment method within 30 days.
Faulty items
If you believe an item you have receive is faulty, please send a photograph of the faulty product and the packaging it arrived in immediately to hello@sheher.com for assessment.
Items deemed faulty will be offered a replacement or repair, or a full refund.
Any refunds will be credited back to you using your original payment method within 30 days. A store credit will be applied if the item was a gift.
