she.her currently offers delivery to customers based in Australia. Delivery is shown at the checkout screen.
For some products, you may be able to upgrade to a faster delivery method at checkout.
Our Designer partners deliver directly to you, so delivery times will vary by Designer and product.
Because our orders are shipped directly from our partners, if you place more than one order or buy from multiple designers, you may receive multiple deliveries at different times.
How long will it take for my items to arrive?
You can find the expected delivery time for a product under the 'Shipping and Returns' section on each product page.
Please allow extra time for products being shipped from overseas to account for any unexpected delays.
Designer partners aim to dispatch most orders for ready-to-ship items within 1-2 business days of receipt, but please allow extra time for made-to-order, personalised or custom made items.
What happens once I place an order?
- Once an order has been dispatched, we will send out a shipping notification with a tracking number
- You can also access order information and tracking through the email confirmation email.
Do you ship to countries outside Australia?
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to customers outside of Australia at the moment.
