Kelly Woodcroft Shipping Policy
All orders are packaged with care to ensure the safety of your purchase and sent through registered post with a tracking number. We offer $10 domestic shipping on all orders, with an option to upgrade to express at the checkout. All orders are shipped within 24 hours unless the item is purchased as a pre-order, pre-orders are posted on the release date.
Please note that our jewellery is handmade to order and takes up to 10 days to be complete. Once complete, your order will be shipped to you as detailed above.
Kelly Woodcroft Returns Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges unless there is manufacturing fault present in your purchase at the time of receipt.
Please choose carefully as for hygiene reasons we do not offer an exchange or refund for any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it.
All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods with tracking number. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund once we have received your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
