We offer free express shipping within Australia.
Angelina Alvarez aims to send all orders within three (3) business days of receipt of your order, subject to availability. You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched. Delivery times will vary between countries. Angelina Alvarez does not take any responsibility for delays in delivery.
Please note, you are responsible for any custom fees, taxes and duties that may be levied on your delivery. The custom authorities require us to state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note, in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
If, for whatever reason, you are not able to receive the delivery, it is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office.
Angelina Alvarez Returns Policy
Angelina Alvarez believes in providing our customers with the best service and experience possible when buying one of our hand-crafted pieces of jewellery. We do our very best to ensure your orders are packaged in order to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.
Angelina Alvarez is happy to exchange an item of jewellery if it is found to be faulty or damaged at the time of receiving it.
Note, we do not provide refunds in any circumstances. Please notify us of any issues with your jewellery within 3 working days of receiving it, in order for us to offer you an exchange. You need to provide a full description of the fault or damage along with photographs to Sales@Angelina-Alvarez.com. Upon receiving your email our team will inspect the jewellery to confirm if it is faulty or damaged and will reply as soon as possible.
All jewellery must be returned in its original packaging, be unworn and in its original condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are brand new and a fault is found.
Please note that our jewellery is made by hand using natural semi-precious stones. Accordingly, your jewellery could contain minor marks and inclusions and the colour of the stones may vary from the website. We are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the natural marks and inclusions within our jewellery.
