We are a small business with limited stock availability. Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer a refund simply due to change of mind.

Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is happy to offer a store credit for change of mind returns. Please contact us via email at hello@sheher.com within 7 days of receiving your order and quote your order confirmation number and let us know the item you wish to return.

Please note, you will need to send the item to us to be assessed and it must be unworn, without scratches and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed.

 Please carefully package the item, in its original packaging materials and return via registered post. You must promptly communicate the postage tracking details to us via email.  Bianca Mavrick Jewellery is not responsible for any loss or damage caused during the shipment of the return. Buyers are responsible for any shipping and handling fees of the return, however, we are happy to offer a store credit that includes the value of your shipping.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a gift voucher that will be valid for 2 years, or an item can be exchanged with the difference transferred to a gift voucher.

We are unable to accept returns of earrings/pierced jewellery under any circumstances due to hygiene reasons so please be careful with your choice and do not hesitate to ask for more information about the desired item before making your purchase.
