Jill designs, creates every gorgeous piece in Jill's Brisbane studio where they are cut and finished by hand. Each piece are made from a combination of sterling and fine silver, gold, baroque & high in lustre freshwater pearls, precious, semi-precious gemstones, and unusual beads collected from her overseas travels. 

With 40 years of creative experience, Jill has spent the last 18 years honing her skills in silversmithing and jewellery design. Jill’s current design signature is gold leaf, in the tradition of famed Italian artisans.  Jill’s luxurious, bespoke jewellery is made for clients who want to make a bold stylish statement and express their individual style.

All orders are shipped from Australia.

You will be notified via email once your order is complete and you will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your item can be delivered safely to your nominated address prior to order.

Jewellery is handmade to order unless stock is already on hand, orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

Please make sure to read the description of each design. The weights are approximates only. The weight may vary within a couple of grams due to the use of metals, pearls and gemstones.

Jill Marsden Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund on earrings for hygiene reasons or for any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it. Unfortunately, we cannot unless there is a manufacturing fault.

All returns must be authorized.

Return requests must be made within seven days from receipt of delivery.

All returns must be received within seven days of the return authorization. Jill Marsden Designs has the right to refuse the return of goods that do not meet return policy requirements.

Any agreed exchanges Customers will be responsible for all Express shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this timeframe will not be accepted. Jill Marsden Designs must receive the product in the original packaging via Express Post with tags attached and in the exact condition, it was sent out in. It must not have been worn. Please consider purchasing insurance for the return package as Jill Marsden Designs does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

Jill Marsden Designs will process the refund within 5 business days upon receiving the package. (if authorised for refund)

All items purchased “on sale” or purchased at a discounted price are final sales. No exchanges or refunds.

Returns will only be accepted provided the item is not worn or altered and is in its original packaging. All returned items will be received and inspected before the return is accepted and processed.
