Standard Economy shipping - up to 20 working days
Free for orders above AUD$150 (AUD$12 otherwise). Your order will be delivered within 20 working days (4 calendar weeks), with limited package tracking.

Express shipping - 5 to 6 working days:

Express shipping is AUD$23. To receive your delivery sooner, select Express Courier Delivery at checkout and receive your order within 5 working days, with advanced package tracking.

Forbidden Hill Returns Policy

We accept exchange requests within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Your item can be exchanged for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Exchanges for a completely different item are accepted at the discretion of Forbidden Hill. Items can only be exchanged if they are in perfect condition and have not been worn or used. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned items have been received and undergone a quality control check.

For products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through our own error, we would be happy to exchange it for the same item within 30 days of receipt of your order.
