Please be advised that Momocreatura’s Made-to-Order items will be unavailable from 6th August to 30th September.
During this period, ready-to-ship items are still available to order, but they will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, and same-day dispatch is not guaranteed.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
Momocreatura Shipping Policy
All momocreatura jewellery is carefully handcrafted in our studio in London.
- Momocreatura aims to dispatch our orders average of 2-5 working days but as most of our jewellery is made to order sometimes it may take longer to be made. We will notify you if it will take longer than flowing lead-times unless it's stated in the product page.
- Ready to Ship items: Dispatch within 1-2 working days. Cut off time for same day dispatch is 10am (UK time). Orders placed after 10am will be dispatched the next working day.
- Silver items: Aim to dispatch within 1-7working days after receipt of your order.
- Gold Vermeil or Stone Set Silver items: Aim to dispatch within 1- 10 working days after receipt of your order.
- Stone Set Gold Vermeil or Solid Gold items: Aim to dispatch within 1-4 weeks after receipt of your order.
- If your order is urgent and want to receive by a certain date please contact us before you place an order via the Ask the Designer tab to see if we can accommodate this.
Delivery to Australia
- Standard Delivery. Takes around 5-10 working Days after we dispatch your order (Royal Mail ‘International Track & Signed’ or 'International tracked’)
- Express Delivery. Delivery takes 1-5 working Days after we dispatch your order (DHL Express, TNT, UPS, Fedex or DPD) - To Russia express delivery takes up to 5 working days.
Customs and Duties
The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.
Tracking your Parcel
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been dispatched. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries. All standard deliveries are not protected for lost, if you would like a protection please choose Express delivery to avoid disappointment. If you are concerned you have not received your parcel please contact us.
Packaging
Your jewellery will be sent to you in a black box with momocreatura logo.
Momocreatura Returns Policy
momocreatura takes great pride in the customer service it provides. We want you to be happy with the quality and delivery of each product that you receive. momocreatura thoroughly checks each item for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us immediately.
Notification must be made within 14 days of receipt.
We can offer a refund minus the shipping fee when items have been returned within 14 days of their receipt. This does not apply to bespoke items. Items must be in their original unworn condition, and returned in the original packaging. After this period, we can offer an exchange or a refund. We do not deduct the shipping fee from the purchase value for exchange orders.
Items will not be refunded or exchanged until the returned package has been received. We recommend you use a tracking service or insure valuable items if returning. We do not accept responsibility for shipping fees, sales taxes or import duties. We are not responsible for items that you have returned which have been lost or damaged in transit.
All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be in an unworn condition. We will not exchange goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging or show obvious signs of wear or abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer.
Sale items may not be refunded or exchanged.
Bespoke sales are final. They are not refundable due to the custom nature of the sale.
