Eden + Elie Shipping Policy

As our jewellery is individually handmade in small quantities, your order may take up to 5 working days to be processed before it is ready to ship. All orders are tracked and you will receive a reference number.

Complimentary shipping for orders over AUD$153.

Flat rate AUD$16 USD shipping to all other destinations for orders under AUD$153.

Orders are shipped out by International Postal Mail by Air.

Delivery times may vary according to your location.

Customers are responsible for any import/customs-related charges implemented by your destination country.

On the rare occasion of a delay or if something has unexpectedly sold out, we will inform you right away and you can choose to get a refund or select an alternative product.

Eden + Elie Returns Policy

Items in unworn condition and original packaging are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days from the order date, subject to inspection. 

Sale items, limited edition items, limited release items, leather bracelets, gift cards, and customized pieces are not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Shipping fees are to be borne by the customer.

We strongly advise shipping it with a tracking number and secured with bubble wrap, as we will not be able to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

Once we have inspected the item, we will issue the refund/exchange. For refunds, please allow some time for your bank or credit card to reflect the transaction.

Because our jewellery is 100% woven and crafted by hand, there will be individual characteristics in each item that make it entirely unique. These are not defects but are part of their handmade nature.

Our jewellery is made from tiny glass beads that are each less than 2mm in size. In essence, they are little pieces of glass, and should be handled with care. If treated roughly and dropped or knocked at a high impact, it is possible for the beads to break.

As our jewellery is made with premium 24k plated gold and 14k gold fill, simple maintenance care will prolong their lifespan and keep them looking new.
