JaneJu — Australian-born boutique, organic and sustainable jewellery brand — was founded in 2012 by Evgeniya Lisichkina, a jewellery designer in Sydney with an international background in fashion and art. Graduated as a designer of shoes and accessories, she obtained a degree in journalism. Having had a successful career in fashion journalism, and being always passionate about design, she decided to create her own brand of jewellery and accessories, whilst developing her skills in silversmithing and precious stone setting at the Gaffa Gallery, Sydney, and honing her designer expertise at the Whitehouse Institute of Design.

 Inspired by the Australian wild and luscious nature, and her love for suibokuga (Japanese ink painting), she designs unique organic-style pieces, using non-calibrated gemstones in curious settings.

A number of her works have been featured in fashion magazines like Glamour and Marie Claire as the Editor’s choice, as well as in the book of “Best Russian Artists 2018. Decorative and Applied Arts”.

Jane Ju does not issue refunds unless required by law. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on earrings due to health and safety reasons.

Jane Ju Care Instructions ​

Special things require special care. This beauty and airness comes at a cost – which is extra care. Drilled and hand-carved natural quartzes (amethyst, citrine, smoky and rose quartz, peridot and rock crystal) are  fragile and could be broken or receive inner fractures when dropped.  

Sterling silver, brass and gold are naturally soft metals and should be treated with special care to avoid damage. Avoid exposure to perfumes, oils and household chemicals. As we use only lead and nickel-free metals tarnishing may occur as a process of natural aging. Keep away from hard surfaces as bumps and scratches will cause wear to the plating and patina.

​Please also note: as all the pieces are conceived hand-crafted, small imperfections might be present and are not considered a defect. Stones might contain inclusions, differ in colour, which all contribute to their organic nature.

We will not take responsibility for any breakages after the order has left our studio in good condition - due to any circumstances beyond our control.
